A public consultation is underway on a proposal for a Bill to enhance the consideration given to remote rural mainland communities by public bodies in Scotland.

Gail Ross MSP, Member of the Scottish Parliament for Caithness, Sutherland and Ross, is proposing a Member's Bill that will enhance the protections for remote rural communities on the mainland when taking policies and laws into consideration.
