The latest edition of the European Network for Rural Development's (ENRD) 'Rural Connections' magazine is now available.

You can now download the Spring 2016 edition of Rural Connections from the ENRD website.

The Dumfries & Galloway LEADER team recently hosted visitors from Finland for discussions on a potential project involving the two areas.

Three representatives from the South Savo region of Finland visited the region to discuss the potential for Dumfries & Galloway LEADER to participate in a transnational cooperation project.

Development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and sensor based technologies, procedures and software have enormously increased the amount of data collected, and available, in agricultural sectors and through the whole supply chain (from farm to fork).
