Being able to access the internet can open up a whole world of opportunities, however, for many in Scotland this isn’t an option.  Those who are experiencing Digital exclusion, tend to also be experiencing other forms of exclusion or isolation.  Digital inclusion is a huge challenge - and one which needs to be faced head-on to make our homes and lives better.

This is the fourth “Connecting the Unconnected” event run by Digital Scotland and features a full agenda of speakers presenting on issues which relate directly to Social Housing Tenants, disabled groups, those addressing social exclusion, and our Third Sector Network throughout Scotland.

The day will be interactive and thought provoking, developing themes which have emerged from  previous events. The key speaker for the day will be Martyn Wallace, Chief Digital Officer, Cosla.  With presentations from ELHA.com, Queens Cross Housing Association, Highland Council, and the Digital Unity.  The 3rd Sector will play an important role in the day with workshops from SCVO and Mhor Collective.
