In these challenging times, identifying and engaging new and existing customers has never been more important. The workshops will help businesses identify the essential principles of effective digital marketing and focus on market development that will enable you to grow your business in the online world.

The webinars will cover:

  • basic digital marketing skills;
  • how to optimise websites for search engines and deliver more visitors to your website;
  • how to increase engagement through social media;
  • how to build lasting relationships through great customer experiences;
  • an understanding of how to monitor and improve your website and social media performance.

WHO ARE THEY FOR?

The workshops are designed to support managers and business owners of food and drink production companies. Each workshop will have a maximum of ten attendees to help those attending get the most out of each session.

HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?

Each workshop will be delivered as an online webinar with a dedicated facilitator. Following the webinar, delegates will have the opportunity to register for an optional half hour pre-booked session with the workshop facilitator for a follow up session in the afternoon.

Each webinar is tailored for the food and drink sector, and also highlights any local case studies or support available, so please book to join the webinar with the location associated to your business.
