Are you confused about Full Cost Recovery? Does this impact on how you budget for projects? This session looking at Full Cost Recovery (FCR) for grant-funded projects and organisations in the heritage sector is designed to help. The aim is to introduce the principles of FCR, how it can be applied fairly, simply and the associated challenges of implementing FCR in the real world.

The training session is aimed at organisations that have some experience of FCR and those that have none at all. This will allow sharing of experiences.

We will:
Explain what Full Cost Recovery is and why is it important
Explain how to calculate the running costs of a group or organisation
Provide examples of how to identify direct and indirect costs
Help participants to understand the difference between restricted and unrestricted income
Provide a step-by-step guide in how to calculate FCR
Provide examples from the heritage sector

The event will include a practical activity, time for discussion and a networking lunch and is delivered to RSH by Pamela Redpath who specialises in Social Enterprise Development & Training.

Price:
£25 - £50 (+VAT)
