Join in with this webinar to hear from expert speakers on how invasive non-native mammals impact on native wildlife through competition, disease transmission and predation.

Specifically, we'll hear about Grey squirrels and their impacts on our native Red squirrels and how the American mink has impacted on native wildlife. We will also hear about the rare native Scottish wildcat and how hybridisation with domestic cats has occurred and the impacts of this.

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions within the session.

The Scottish Invasive Species Initiative is a large-scale invasive species control project working along rivers across the northern third of Scotland, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and NatureScot.
