Scottish Agritourism

A free event for all farmers in the Lothians to find out more about agritourism and the opportunities for the area.

Agritourism is a key growth opportunity for the Lothians. As well as working family farms agritourism also takes place on estates with in-house farming operations and crofts.

This event is intended to bring together farmers already undertaking agritourism, those with plans in the pipeline and those who are just starting to find out more about what is involved and what the benefits are.

Come and get together and build the Lothians agritourism network.

Different businesses will speak about their agritourism journey and the Scottish Agritourism movement.

- Jo McNicol from East Lothian who runs Drift

- Jenny Cowan from Mid Lothian who runs Eastside Cottages

- Pete Eccles from Mid Lothian who runs Native and Wild Meatboxes and Lothian Larder

We wish to capture on the day what paricipants feel is the unique offering of Agritourism to the overall experience for visitors.

This event is wishing to inform, inspire and identify who is interested in agritourism in the Lothians. Come and get together and build the Lothians agritourism network.
