Mentoring for rural businesses

The GrowBiz Mentor Programme trains and matches mentors and mentees from the Scottish rural business and self-employed community.

This event is an induction session for those who would like to have a mentor.

Business mentoring is a great resource that allows you to:

raise business horizons,
explore new possibilities,
create focused strategies, and
develop self-awareness and confidence.

The GrowBiz Mentoring Programme is the first business mentoring programme to be accredited by the Scottish Mentoring Network, and is free to join. We have an amazing group of volunteer mentors who are running or have run their own business and want to 'give something back' by helping someone like you.
