Final spaces available in development programme for women in agriculture.

The ‘Be Your Best Self’ programme currently has a few remaining spaces available in both the April and May sessions.

The programme supports women living or working in agriculture in Scotland to build their confidence, enhance their skills, and develop their leadership abilities, helping to make Scottish agriculture a more resilient and economically sustainable industry.

The course is fully funded by the Scottish Government and it's free to attend. 

Applications are now open for the following cohorts:

  • 11th April, with the 8 sessions running between then and 24th May.
  • 11th May, with the 8 sessions running between then and 9th June.

There will also be a September cohort (dates TBC) so get in touch with the team if this is of interest.,

It covers a number of elements including:

  • Understanding and enhancing mental fitness
  • Building confidence and resilience
  • Getting to know your strengths and how to play to them
  • When and how best to work with others
  • Building a relevant network with likeminded women in agriculture
