A new European publication on social inclusion in rural areas is available online.

The capacity-building manual for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) on 'Promoting the Integration of Migrants and Refugees in Rural Areas' has recently been published by the Euracademy Association.

The publication provides an overview of existing European policies on integration of migrants and refugees and has examples of successful social inclusion approaches in different EU Member States including Scotland, Wales, Greece and Hungary.

It also provides practical guidance for NGOs to develop and implement effective strategies for the integration of migrants and refugees in rural areas.
