Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park - Development Management Planner (Enforcement)

An opportunity has arisen for a Development Manager Planner with an aptitude for planning enforcement work to join the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Planning team for a minimum 12-month period to contribute to the successful delivery of the Authority's statutory planning enforcement function.

Degree qualified in planning or equivalent with corporate membership of The RTPI, ideally you will have a record of success in development management, with knowledge and experience of rural planning issues and a particular focus on the role of enforcement.

Cairngorms National Park Authority - Planning Technician

Cairngorms National Park Authority are seeking a Planning Technician to contribute, as part of a small team, to an efficient and effective Planning Service by undertaking some planning casework and delivering and improving the technical and administrative processes associated with planning. The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Town Planning, or closely related subject area and eligibility for Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Shelter - Private Landlord Support Officer

Shelter are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the private renting sector, to join them as Private Landlord Support Officers and help us influence others and raise standards. This brand new post is one that is funded by the Oak Foundation and will involve working with local partners to identify private sector landlords and create and maintain positive relationships to bring about change.

Based in Lochaber Housing Association, this post will involve working autonomously to positively influence hard to reach landlords and successfully raise standards across the private renting sector.

The Stroke Association - Community Development and Partnerships Manager (North of Scotland)

The Stroke Association are at an exciting stage in their development and this new role will help them reach more people affected by stroke in the North of Scotland. As part of their Scotland team and working with UK colleagues and volunteers you will lead community development activity.

This post will be home-based in Tayside, Grampian or Highlands.

You will be a passionate and persuasive person with experience of supporting and training volunteers and working with people affected by stroke. Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills and knowledge of the local health and social care environment are essential.

Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Community Partnership - Development Manager

The Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Community Partnership are looking for a Development Manager to play a leading role in the development and delivery of community development activities within the National Park.

The Loch Lomond & Trossachs Community Partnership is a limited company with charitable status. Established in 2002 as a body to support communities around the Park to achieve their ambitions. In 2010 the Community Partnership moved to a community led member organisation with members from Community Development Trusts, Community Councils and other community groups. Associate members are drawn from organisations, agencies and public & private bodies with an interest in the aims and mission of the Community Partnership.

The Development Manager role involves both a development and delivery function, ensuring the organisation continues to provide high quality services to meet the needs of our membership.
