Director of First Impressions and Customer Happiness - Comrie Croft

Do you love the working with the public, are uber friendly, good at multi-tasking and love the great outdoors? 

Comrie Croft is an eco holiday destination in rural Perthshire offering simple group accommodation, camping, Nordic Katas, mountain biking (shop, hire, trails, guiding, repairs), a farm and camping shop and a seasonal café.

Your job will involve meeting and greeting guests, dealing with bookings and enquiries, problem solving, serving and managing stock in their farm and camping shop as well as administrative tasks for the General Manager.

Working hours are four-days a week (32hrs) initially on a one year contract and would include every second weekend.

Community Partnership - Community Action Plan Support Worker

  • £19,000 – £20,000. pro rata
  • 15 hours per week (.4fte) fixed term until March 2017
  • Home based

The Community Partnership is seeking to appoint a part-time Community Action Plan Support Worker to aid the community action planning process in the communities of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

The CAP Support Worker will work with communities to help them through the community action planning process. This will include:

  • Developing appropriate methods of community consultation
  • Helping communities set up and maintain local groups and organisations to support the action planning process
  • Providing appropriate support and training to locally relevant individuals and groups
  • Helping guide CAP development and implementation at a local level

Cairngorms LEADER Manager

The Cairngorms National Park Authority is looking for a Manager to lead a busy team supporting the Cairngorms Local Action Group (CLAG) in its management of a European and Scottish Government LEADER grant allocation. This includes delivering efficient and robust processes to support project applications and grant awards. The CLAG has incorporated as a charitable organisation, operating as the Cairngorms Trust, and you will also be responsible for supporting the operation and administration of the charity.

Administrative Officer - Scottish Government Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate

  • Salary: £16842 - £19182
  • Location: Lerwick
  • Hours: around 42 per week

The Scottish Government are currently seeking applications for an Administrative Officer within the Scottish Government Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate (SGRIPD) based in Lerwick.

They are the main point of contact for farmers, crofters and other interested parties and are responsible for the delivery of grants, subsidies and other government policies to the rural community.  They provide professional advice to Scottish Ministers, the general public and colleagues in the Scottish Government.
