Update from Orkney LEADER programme

Due to fewer applications coming forward than expected there is still approximately £150,000 available from Orkney LEADER for farm diversification/sectoral business support projects in Orkney.

The Orkney LEADER Programme is therefore open once more for Expressions of Interest from eligible applicants. Closing date for Expressions of Interest is 9 January 2019. Potential projects will then be able to work up applications for the final deadline of 14 March 2019.

Projects will be expected to have any necessary planning and match funding in place by 1 May 2019 at the very latest.
