Scotland's emergency services are encouraging people living and working in rural areas to help them locate their exact position.

This event is open to everyone and is free of charge.
Hosted by Stair Estates and sponsored by Anderson Strathern, this event aims to provide an opportunity to share information about rural crime, its prevention and other matters.
During the day speakers from Police Scotland and Anderson Strathern will inform land managers and stakeholders about rural crime and other associated matters that impact on them, with the focus being to:
- inform and educate
- advise and take the benefit of shared learning
- relationship build amongst the various stakeholders
The event will also explore opportunity to develop the current Rural/Farm Watch concept to ensure that best use is made of cummunity intelligence operations.
