About this event

Thinking about going green? What influence can you have in your every day to alter your environmental impact?

This is your chance to learn more about what practical things you can do from our two inspirational guest speakers who have done just that.

Dr Sally Gouldstone, based in Mid Lothian, runs Seilich which uses flowers from her wildflower meadow to create natural cosmetic products. She runs a sustainable business that endeavours to leave nature in a better place than when it started. She has also recently been shortlisted for a RSPB Nature of Scotland Business Award 2021.

Fiona Osgood, founder of Fiona’s Wholefoods & Refills in Grantown-on-Spey, which sells wholefoods, toiletries, and other sustainable products and is the only business of its kind in the area. Fiona is a busy mum to four children who opened the doors to her business in July 2020, operating out of the YMCA Community Centre.

This will be an informal lunchtime catch-up with our community of women in rural business hosted by our CEO Jackie Brierton.

GrowBiz provide enterprise support to businesses, enterprises and the self-employed in rural Scotland (i.e. out with cities)- please only a book a place if you are based in rural Scotland.
