The European Network for Rural Development (ENRD) has published highlights from a recent conference on 'Unlocking the potential of Rural Development Programmes'.

The conference took place in Brussels on 1 February with around 150 delegates.

The event's purpose was to:

  • Reflect on the programming process of the 118 Rural Development Programmes (RDPs) 2014-2020
  • Identigy the main drivers and chalenges of strategic programming
  • Identify key tools for unlocking the potential of the RDPs and ensuring their effective implementation

The four-page Conference Highlights document presents the main findings from the discussions, with a full report also available.

The ENRD have also published summaries of all the RDPs. You can download the summary of the Scottish RDP from the ENRD website.
