As part of a series of podcasts commisioned by the Scottish Rural Network, the latest OnFarm - Food, Agriculture and Rural Matters podcast looks at the vital issue of farm safety.

With farmers being eighteen times more likely to lose their life farming than in the average UK workplace, cutting out farm-related deaths and life-changing accidents has to be a priority for us all.

In this episode, podcast host Anna speaks with Stephanie Berkeley from the Farm Safety Foundation, James Chapman, who lost his left arm in a tractor accident and is now an FSF trustee, and George Noble from SAOS. OnFARM producer Dave Howard visits Willie Harper in Renfrewshire to hera about his narrow escape from being butted and stamped on the spine by a cow with calf.
