Scotland Food & Drink are carrying out a short online survey to gather views to help grow the food tourism sector in Scotland.

Food tourism includes any tourism experience in which a person consumes and/or learns about food and drink that reflects the local cuisine, heritage or culture of a place. This includes the active pursuit of unique and memorable eating and drinking experiences as well as agri-tourism.

The survey is designed to capture your unique perspective, insights and feedback on Scottish food and drink and the potential to grow Scotland into a global food tourism destination. Responses will help to inform the development of a National Framework to Grow Food Tourism.

The survey has 16 questions and should take around 15 minutes to complete. Scotland Food & Drink want to hear from anyone with views on the food tourism sector in Scotland.

The survey will close on 22 January 2018.
