Tackling Flooding Together

The Scottish Flood Forum (SFF) is holding another of its successful community networking events on Saturday 16th February from 10.30am to 2.30pm at the National Christian Outreach Centre in Perth. The event is being held with support from Floodre who are engaging with flood risk communities across Britain as part of their transition plan.

Smallholding Scotland Conference 2019

The Smallholding Scotland Conference is a one-day conference dedicated to those working on and interested in small-scale agriculture and horticulture in Scotland. The 2019 conference takes place on Friday 15th February at Pitcairngreen near Perth.

It is an all-day event with refreshments and lunch included in the ticket price of £25 (£40 including 12 months membership of Smallholding Scotland (effective from 15th February for new members and 1st April for existing members through to 31st March 2020)).

Youth Theatre Arts Scotland Interchange Event

Building on the success of their previous Interchange events, YTAS will be working in partnership with Perth Theatre for Interchange 2019.

This year’s event offers in-depth masterclasses and workshops providing a collaborative learning experience. Participants will have the opportunity to apply their new skills with fellow delegates and members of Perth Theatre’s Young Company. The Lab, a weekend-long creative programme, offers practitioners the space to experiment, play and explore a specific art-form.

2018 Climate Challenge Fund Gathering

The 2018 Climate Challenge Fund Gathering will celebrate a decade of the Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund and recognise youth contributions in this Year of Young People. The event will also provide opportunities to network with the CCF Community.

Tickets to the Gathering are free and open to CCF Grant Recipients and representatives of other organisations with an interest in taking community-led action on climate change.
