You will hear from Mandy Ketchin of Food Lochaber, who will share insights from running a regional food hub over the past two years: the opportunities, the challenges, and the practicalities of serving such a large geographical area.
The day will dig into one of the big questions around food resiliency: how do we get more local produce onto local plates? Are food hubs the way forward, or does a region as unique as Argyll and Bute call for equally unique solutions?
