Despite the fact that one-fifth of the Scottish population lives in remote, rural and island communities, there has been limited research into the impact of Domestic Abuse in these areas.

Professor Sarah Pedersen of Robert Gordon University presents the work of the team of researchers who have investigated the challenges of supporting and policing Domestic Abuse within these communities over the last five years.
