A day out for all the family!
The main 'family friendly show' will be held on Thursday 13 August 2026.
New this year is the addition of the Horse Inhand and Ridden being held on Wednesday 12 August.

The main ‘family friendly show’ will be held on Thursday 13 August 2026.
New this year is the addition of the Horse Inhand and Ridden being held on Wednesday 12 August.
The show is usually held on the 2nd Thursday in August from 8am until 8pm, featuring a range of trade stands, craft fair, pageant of decorated vehicles, fun fair, vintage vehicles, Livestock Competitions for Cattle, Sheep and horses and our Domestic Competition. The marquee dance is held on the Friday evening after the show.
8.30am – Cattle and Horse, Sheep and Domestic Judging
11am – Clydesdale Horse Judging
1.30pm – Afternoon events start – featuring vintage vehicles, pageant of decorated vehicles, grand parade, pipe band, fastest farmer, sack race, terrier racing, kids races and pets parade
6pm – Speed Shear
Marquee Dance on showfield Friday 14 August from 10pm
