Species on the Edge are running a free event, ‘Land Management for Bats’, at Threave Garden & Nature Reserve NTS on Friday 28th August. This event is designed for farmers and land managers to learn more about bats in Dumfries and Galloway and how their land management practices can contribute to protecting the diversity of bats locally. The event will be split into an afternoon and evening session, and attendees will be welcome to join one or both. There will be catering provided between the sessions.
Come along and find out how to support these ‘species on the edge’ that are such an important and fascinating part of the biodiversity in the gsabiosphere.
