Location: Thainstone Centre, Inverurie, AB51 5XZ

Organisation: Royal Northern Agricultural Society

The Royal Northern Spring Show is held by the Royal Northern Agricultural Society (RNAS) at the end of February each year and is the first major event in the Scottish farming calendar.

It is regarded as an outstanding business day by agricultural suppliers, sponsors of the event and the farming community.

Over 100 organisations promote their latest products and services at the Thainstone Centre on show day.  The Society works closely with venue owner, ANM Group. Aberdeen and Northern Marts also hold a show and sale of pedigree bulls on the same day.

For over 180 years, the Society has been at the heart of farming life in North East Scotland — a region world-renowned for its pedigree livestock and skilled stockmen. Founded in 1843 by forward-thinking farmers and landowners, the Society was created with one clear purpose: to improve agricultural production and strengthen the rural economy in all its forms.
