A Local Place Plan is a community-led plan that sets out local priorities and ideas for how an area should develop and change. Once validated, it must be taken into account when the relevant Local Development Plan is prepared.

This free introductory session will explain what Local Place Plans are, what they can achieve and what is involved in preparing one. It will help you decide whether this is the right type of community-led plan for your community.
