Join SRUC to discuss rural policy, with a showcase of the Scottish Rural Communities Policy Review project and final report publication.  The panel will reflect on the project, the final report, and future rural policy in Scotland.

Panel members will be announced shortly.

The Review considered key Scottish Government initiatives to support rural communities– Scottish Rural Network, Scottish Rural Action, and Community Led Local Development– and developed options for future policy which builds stronger rural and island communities. This involved wide ranging data collection and analysis, including theories of change, international case studies, and extensive fieldwork including seven community case studies. The event will be part of the Royal Highland Show at the SRUC Pavilion at the Royal Highland Show. Stand 177, 7th Avenue.

Light refreshments will be available.
