Join Scottish Forestry as they discuss the benefits trees can provide to your livestock and crops and the practical steps you can take to achieve them.

Steven Elton, Woodland Officer, Scottish Forestry will talk us through how to plan a shelterbelt to meet your objectives, from shape to species selection. You will also hear from two  hosts: Andrew Hall, Burravoe, Shetland, and Andrew Barbour, Mains of Fincastle, Pitlochry.

They’ll offer their practical experiences of designing and creating woodlands to support their businesses. Staff from Scottish Forestry and the Woodland Trust will be present to take on questions from attendees.
