  • Philip Sheane of Steading & Co, on his journey from conventional arable in Ireland and Canada to an organic and regenerative farm in Fife
  • Holly Silvester, the Gaia Foundation’s Future Resilience Seed Coordinator, Churchill Fellow and CREATE alumnus, about her experience of building healthy soils in horticulture
  • Karen Fisher (Soil Association Farming Adviser) who will talk through soil analysis and interpretation of soil test results.
