A new learning opportunity is now available for people working to strengthen Scotland’s rural and island communities, with the Social Enterprise Academy launching applications for its latest leadership and enterprise development programme.
Delivered through the Academy’s online learning platform, the course is designed to support community leaders, social entrepreneurs, volunteers and local organisations to build the skills and confidence needed to drive positive change.
The programme provides a flexible and practical learning experience, giving participants the chance to explore leadership styles, strengthen organisational skills and connect with others working in similar roles across Scotland. Through a blend of online modules, peer learning and facilitated sessions, the course aims to help individuals grow their impact while supporting the sustainability of their organisations.
