Tesco’s Stronger Starts programme is offering grants of up to £1,500 to support local projects across Scotland that help children, young people, and families.
Greenspace Scotland has announced that schools, charities, and community groups can now apply for funding through the Tesco Stronger Starts scheme. The initiative is designed to give children and young people a stronger start in life by backing projects such as school breakfast clubs, holiday activities, playground improvements, food growing projects, youth sports equipment, and counselling services.
Applications are open to all eligible organisations, with successful projects chosen every three months to take part in Tesco’s blue token customer vote in stores nationwide. The programme is administered by Groundwork in partnership with Greenspace Scotland, who also provide local Community Enablers to guide applicants through the process.
